A: I am sorry, but 7 is the absolute limit. Considering the logistics of public transport and local taxis, keeping the group size to 7 or fewer is necessary to ensure a smooth and enjoyable tour.
A: You can book your tour up to several months in advance. I will send you a confirmation email a few days before the tour. As I need time to make the necessary preparations, please avoid booking the day before the tour. I would greatly appreciate it if you could make your reservation at least 2 to 3 days in advance.

A: Yes, absolutely! Subject to availability, I am happy to guide you over multiple days.
A: Please refer to the site calendar. I am generally off on Mondays when museums are closed, as well as on days already booked or unavailable due to personal commitments.
A: No, I do not book hotels, trains, flights, or paid admission tickets. However, if a free venue (such as a disaster prevention center) requires a reservation, I can handle that booking for you upon request.
A: Simply provide your preferred duration (3 or 6 hours) and a few places you wish to visit, and I will propose a course starting from your hotel. You are also welcome to share general wishes like “I’d love to see Japanese gardens,” and I will design a custom itinerary for you.
A: Primarily, my tours are focused on Tokyo and Saitama. However, I am open to considering other destinations if they are accessible as a day trip, so please feel free to ask.
A: My base fee is 5,500 yen per hour.

A: If you think you might be late, please contact me as soon as possible (my contact details are provided in your booking confirmation email).
If you arrive late, I can still proceed with the tour, but the end time cannot be extended. Depending on the delay, I may need to skip some sightseeing spots or shorten our time at certain locations.
Please note that if 30 minutes pass from the meeting time without any notice from you, it will be considered a same-day cancellation, and the guide will leave the meeting point. In this case, the tour will not be conducted, and no further arrangements can be made.
