The guide fee is calculated at 4,000 yen per hour. This amount includes the guide’s meal expenses, transportation costs, and entrance fees during the tour. Therefore, these expenses will be covered by the guide.
Please make the payment in cash (Japanese yen) on the day of the tour.
The guide fee does not cover your meal expenses, transportation, or entrance fees. Please pay for these expenses as incurred.
If you notify me of the cancellation two days before the tour, there will be no cancellation fee.
In case of cancellation the day before, 50% of the planned amount will be charged, and for same-day cancellations, 100% of the agreed-upon fee will be charged.
Please provide the cancellation fee in the form of an Amazon Gift Card (E-mail).
